Raceview collected the points from this cracking derby game between the two close neighbours with the scoreline maybe being a little unfair to Carniny but then its goals scored that counts. Both teams had chances to score before a shot cum cross from Mark Ritchie deceived the home keeper before nestling in the back of the net on the 29th minute.

Half-time saw this goal separate the teams then on the 52nd minute after Carniny had a good chance Stefan Calderwood scored putting Raceview two goal in front. Carniny got back into the game on the 61st minute thanks to a good goal scored by David Hanna but then went two behind again after Colin Craig scored goal number three for Raceview on the 72nd minute. Carniny then had another good chance but failed to take it then on the 78th minute Raceview got goal number four with Rodney Paul scoring to complete a very marked improvement on what they have been off song a bit this season in taking chances when they come.
