    am I right in saying this is a mixture of Gaelic and Aussie Rules, ronnie? Which sport matches up better with the rules in your opinion and who usually wins?

    Yeah mate, its more favoured to the Aussie Rules game imo with the only real adjustment they have to make is adapting to using the round ball... The Australians have been stronger in recent years but their squad would be a bit inexperienced this year and Ireland are winning this first test comfortably (though still long way to go).

    yeah a few years back it was considered by some to be just that, but they cancelled the entire series one year and since then it hasnt just been as bad... them Aussies are shit-houses

    Watched it once and they starting knocking the bollix out of each , the Aussies were throwing the gaa boys about like raggy dolls

    think i read the other day that the top aussie rules players werent playin this year incase they got injured so no real surprise in the scoreline
