So lads, who will be the team to beat in the new season?

No doubt St Lukes will be strong following their 2C win last season. Greencastle will also be a threat this year as will Portavogie and Portaferry.

Grange have stengthened significantly and will be looking for an immediate return to 2A, while Newtownbreda and Temple are teams who have been around the block a few times.

Can Ardoyne make it 2 promotions on the trot?

should be a good league again like last season, we couldnt have had a worse start last season with no wins in our 1st 5 games which in the end cost us... good start is a must, dont know what happened to rosemount after their good start but they shouldnt be under estimated. too hard to call who will be fighting it out cus we know that teams like portaferry, temple, portavogie already have good sides then add st lukes & ardoyne to that... 1 or 2 others could also spring a surprise

Just noticed that!! didnt think 3rd place had went up, makes me even more annoyed about last season ffs!

Yes, we are confident of going well this season. Got new manager and coach in along with 6 or 7 new players, and numbers at training so far have been excellent.

Sorry to hear that good team had some battles with them over the years. Take it was lack of numbers, like North Down too many teams in their area.
