Charity Sky Dives!

Lads im organising a charity sky dive for the beginning of May (date TBC) with proceeds going to Action Cancer.
Its a tandum jump, you are strapped to an instructor and jump at 13,000 feet, freefalling for 6,000 feet at 120mph before the parachute is opened, I done 1 last year, its amazing

Why not give yourself something to look forward in 2012 to and help save someones life at the same time?

The costs are £50 deposit, this includes bus transport to and from the jump location near Coleraine and also includes your insurance fee. You then need to raise £400 for the charity. I will be able to provide sponsor sheets and some posters, banners, collection tins etc.

My family has lost quite a few people through cancer, including my da and my sister so every year I try to raise as much for the charity as I can, last year I ran the New York marathon, the Belfast marathon, couple of half marathons in Ards & Lisburn and also trekked through Tanzania, raising over £6500 for Action Cancer. Done one a few years back mate for Action Cancer. Great craic, will do one agin some day for sure.

Aye mate their brilliant, as soon as I hit the ground I wanted to go back up and do it again! Ive had about 20 spaces yesterday, down to 11 today so seems to be going well!

Personally wouldnt have the swingers to do a skydive so I donated anyway. Good luck pal.

Shouldve updated this the other day, weve filled all 25 spaces for the day, cheers to everyone who enquired, I should be organising another day later in the year so will keep you posted!

Want to make some extra cash for your team.

Why not have a Pool Tournament in Hustlers Pool Hall Belfast. We can have up to 64 players in the one tournament from all ages. E.g. you charge the entry fee of £15 for 32 players = £480. We will organise the tournament trophies and medals for winners and runners up and the table time for £5 per person and the club will receive the rest of the cash for their expenses £320. If you do this twice a year and think of the bills that could be paid the new kits that could be bought.
